Proceedings (Simplified)
Stage 1
Applicable Disputes
You believe that the domain name registered
by the current owner is identical or confusingly
similar to your trademark or service mark
in which you have rights; and
You believe that the current owner has
no rights or legitimate interests in respect
of the domain name; and
You believe
that your domain name has been registered
and being used in bad faith.

Administrative Panel

a Decision or the administrative proceeding can
be terminated based upon a settlement agreement

the Parties
7 days for the Panel/ Parties to make any corrections
of the Decision

Submit a Complaint using Form C-PW and the appropriate
fee

The HKIAC reviews Form C-PW for administrative

The Centre appoints the Administrative Panel

Administrative Panel renders a Decision
Stage 8
The HKIAC posts the Decision on the website and
notifies the Parties involved, the Registrar(s)
and PW Registry Corporation respectively
