Submit Complaint Form
- The Complainant should submit the Complaint Form (including
the Complaint Transmission Cover) and annexes (to the extent available
in that form) in electronic form by email to the HKIAC.
Fill in the Complaint
Form C-PW and submit it as an attachment to the email address
pwdomain@hkiac.org.
- The Complainant should at the same time submit the Complaint
Form (including all annexes) in paper form in 1 set (single-member
panel) / 4 sets (three-member panel) together with the original
copy marked "Original" via registered post to the HKIAC.

- In accordance with the Rules for the pwTLD Dispute Resolution
Policy (the "Rules") and the Supplemental Rules, the
Complainant shall provide a copy of the Complaint Form (including
Complaint Transmission Cover and annexes) to the Respondent at
the same time as it submits its Complaint to the HKIAC. The copy
should be sent via the method specified by the Respondent. In
the absence of such specification, the copy should be sent by
facsimile transmission, with a confirmation of transmission; or
by postal or courier service, with postage pre-paid and return
receipt requested; or electronically via the Internet, provided
a record of its transmission is available.
- The Complainant shall provide a copy of the Complaint (including
Complaint Transmission Cover and annexes) to PW Registry Corporation
and the concerned Registrar and/or the Agency at the same time
as it submits its Complaint to the HKIAC.
- The Complainant shall pay to the HKIAC an initial fixed fee,
in accordance with the HKIAC's Supplemental Rules for pwTLD Dispute
Resolution Policy (the "Policy"), within the time and
in the amount required.
