Welcome to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre's (HKIAC)
.cn domain name dispute resolution website.
As of 30 September 2002, the HKIAC has been approved by the China
Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) to be one of the .cn
domain name dispute resolution centres. .CN disputes handled by
the HKIAC are governed by the CNNIC Domain
Name Dispute Resolution Policy (CNNIC DRP) and the
Rules for CNNIC Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (CNNIC DRP
Rules) approved for implementation by CNNIC on 17 March
2006 as well as the Supplemental
Rules to China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) adopted
by the HKIAC with effect from 30 September 2002. The Administrative
Proceeding process will be based only on the documents provided
by the parties with an in-person hearing occurring only in exceptional
cases.
Domain name disputes administered by the HKIAC can be filed and
handled by e-mail, fax and/or post. The necessary forms for filing
a Complaint or submitting a Response can be downloaded by clicking
on "Submit Complaint Form"
and "Submit Response Form".
In order to be of further assistance there is Flow

name dispute resolution proceeding, as well as a series of Frequently
Asked Questions (FAQ's) and answers thereto, which hopefully will
be useful to you.
