Proceedings (Simplified)
Stage 1
Applicable Disputes
You believe that the domain name registered
by the current owner is identical or confusingly
similar to your trademark or service mark
in which you have rights; and
You believe that the current owner has
no rights or legitimateinterests in respect
of the domain name; and
You believe
that your domain name has been registered
and being used in bad faith.

Form R Failing which the Panel may determine the
Dispute based upon the Complaint and evidence submitted

a Decision or the administrative proceeding can
be terminated based upon a settlement agreement
reached between the Parties
3 days for the HKIAC to submit the Decision to
the Parties
7 days for the Panel/ Parties to make any corrections
of the Decision
Stage 2
Submit a Complaint using Form C-CN and the appropriate
fee
Stage 3
The HKIAC reviews Form C-CN for administrative
compliance

The relevant Office of the Centre submits explanatory
cover sheet (Form NCP) -Notification of the Commencement
of the Administrative Proceeding and Form C-CN
to the Respondent.
Stage 5
The Respondent submits Form R-CN to the relevant
Office of the Centre
Stage 6
The relevant Office of the Centre appoints the
Panel
Stage 7
Panel renders a Decision
Stage 8
The HKIAC posts the Decision on the website and
notifies the Parties involved, the Registrar(s)
and CNNIC respectively
